Our hotel is situated next to the lake called „Klopeiner See“, on the North side. It is the most warm lake of Austria, absolutely clean, for swimming and enjoying soft watersports like booting, swimming, sufing etc. We are situated in the very calm part of the region but in about 10 minutes walk you come to the busy centre of the village with shops, cafes and bars.

You can do jogging or walking around the lake (5,6 km) as many people are doing or from the hotel you can cycle across south Carinthia very easily and flat.

For playing golf the very close course with 18 holes is about 3 km behind a hill, there you have greenfee-reduction, also on further different golfcourses. A small chipping- and puttinggreen you find in front of our hotel next to the croquet-area.    

From the mid of june to the end of august we have the most hot time with water-temperature of about 26 to even 28 °C. Our beach is 200 m long and you have much space for yourself.

On the beach there is also a swimmingpool and for days with less sunshine or eveningours a sauna with direkt entrance to the lake. In the hotel we have a small indoor-swimmingpool with sauna. In the beauty-pavilion we offer special treatments of Ayurveda, Yoga, European Massage and natural Cosmetics.
