The self-catering huts are located in the municipal area of ​​Flachau (Land Salzburg) at 1150 m above sea level in the famous ski region "Sportwelt Amade". They consist of two units, the Langriedhütte (14 persons) and the Jagdhütte Kaltenstein
(10-12 people).

The two cabins are interconnected by a covered space, but are completely separated from one another and can therefore also be rented by a larger group as "cabins under one roof".

In the nearby area is the Taunerautobahn A10, which is shielded by a high earth wall.

The ski station "Flachauwinkel - Zauchensee - Kleinarl" with ski school, ski rental, après ski and guest houses is 4 km, to the cross-country ski run 3 km.

Ski and mountain hiking, hiking and mountain biking tours are possible from the hut. The Enns cycle track - over 60 km - can be driven directly from the huts.

Each cottage has a large entrance hall. In this case, the firewood is stored and has to be split still ready for the oven. Sports equipment and drinks are served there.
