Since our house has existed, we have been particularly careful to only provide you with non-smoking domiciles with a pleasant climate and good comfort. Just make HOLIDAY with pleasure!

Your accommodation is only 5 minutes away from the village square! Walk 60m to the next ski lift from the Maria Almer ski area. The collection points for the ski schools are approx. 100m away. After 60m you enter the nearby cross-country ski run. The cycle path (in summer) leads directly past the house.

For physical well-being there are many good hotels, inns, restaurants and cafes in the village, as well as alpine pastures in summer and ski huts in winter on the mountains.

In summer, our house guests ride the mountain railways for free!
