The house is only given as a whole object and costs in winter € 200, - in low season and € 240, - in high season, summer prices and seasonal information, you can refer to the homepage, which is updated for the year 2005.

The house is luxuriously and generously furnished and has 4 double rooms with TV in each room (2 rooms are suitable for an extra bed, but we only allow families with children, as we do not want a holiday camp in our house), and 3 bathrooms / WC ( one of them with bathtub and shower) in addition there is a guest toilet, infrared sauna, utility room with electric boot dryer, washing machine and dryer, use in the price inlcuit, and bed linen towels and table linen are available and already made for the guest. Extra room for ski or golf luggage is available, as well as 2 covered and 2 free parking spaces.

Noteworthy is the unique panorama of our house, which can be enjoyed through the large windows in the living room, there is a large TV with a Nintendo for children and stereo with CD player, fireplace and enough space for 8 people. The location is a bit sublime and you have a wonderful view of the place and still you can reach it in 10 min. reach on foot.

The golf course is 3km away from our house and has a unique sensation, a small gondola (Birdyjet) that takes you from a tee to another 100m tee.

There are several horse riding facilities, one of which is in our area.

Cross-country skiing is right in front of our house, courses and Nordicwalkkurse are offered.
