Living in Churfranken, a newly designed room laid out as a non-smoking area, invites you for merry hours with friends or to celebrate family fests.

Fans of fresh and regional products combined into modern and light creations will definitely find what they are looking for.

For any passionate gastronome it is impossible to ignore the important relationship between food and our living space and surroundings.

Varieties of trout, wild boar, deer and deer calf, variations of "Bürgstädter" veal, aspics, and several types of fresh vegetables and salads – this is only a small selection from our food menu. Cooking lessons for these gastronomic specialties are offered as well.

Selected wines from the region and local beer specialties will be available to you at social gatherings or at a simple dinner for two. As the ADLER has been a family property since 1911, we have preserved the right to distill our own spirits from the fruits growing in our organic orchards.

The DISTRICT WINNER OF LOWER FRANCONIA award was awarded to us as part of the Bavarian Cuisine contest by the Bavarian Ministry of State, the Tourism associations and the Hotel- and Restaurant Association for traditional Franconian hospitality.
