The house is located on the seashore in a small, quiet place called Komarna, on the main road Ploce - Dubrovnik (20 km from Metković to Neum).

The house has two apartments VESNA1 and VESNA2: one is on the first floor and the other on the attic of the house. Both apartments have three rooms (two sleeping and one living room - 6 beds), a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony with a sea view. It has an air conditioner as well as a satellite antenna. There is a possibility of bathing on its own beach, made of concrete, located in front of the house, or going to the joint.
