Our apartment house was newly built in 2011. It is very modern and stylish designed and furnished. The apartment house has 3 standard apartments and one superior apartment. It is located right next to the Laßnitz, which provides an idyllic panorama. Surrounded by vineyards, unique natural beauties and cultural buildings, our apartment house is in an excellent location
Another highlight is the calming rasuschen of the Laßnitz, which has already blown away the one or the other stress as if with the wind. Of course, you can also use the amenities of our guest house, which is less than 100 m away. These include an infrared thermal cabin, a fitness room, a lounge as well as washing, drying and ironing facilities.
The standard apartment is modern and stylish. On about 50 m² there is a bedroom and a kitchen-living room. It is very comfortably furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TV, shower, toilet and a spacious covered terrace.

Thanks to the built-in whirlpool bath, the superior apartment ensures special relaxation on your vacation. On about 50 m2 there is a bedroom and a kitchen-living room, which is very comfortably equipped with a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, refrigerator and oven), as well as with flat screen TV and armchair. Our superior apartment also has a terrace from which you can enjoy the sound of the brook and admire the natural beauty of the Schilcherheimat.
