The bright and cozy apartment in a classic Wilhelminian house is located in a quiet side street Erdbergstraße with direct views of the CARDINAL NAGL PLACE. In just a few minutes' walk from ROCHUS MARKET where you coffee houses, restaurants and market stalls beckon. The variety of cultural and leisure activities, such as CASTLE BELVEDERE, BOTANICAL GARDEN, KONZERTHAUS, HUNDERTWASSERHAUS and out of town the green PRATER are within walking distance or accessible by public transport.   Also the 1st DISTRICT be reached in just 3 stops on the underground line U3 in about 5 minutes. The connections to the car are ideal: The very nearby motorway southeast bypass (A23) are all urban motorways easily accessible.

OUR RANGE

Guests have a spacious living room (25m²) and a small, quiet bedroom (13m²) available in apartment Hainburgerstraße. Bathroom (with bath) and toilet are separately. A modern kitchen offers enough space for cooking. The entire apartment was renovated in 2009 and features a new interior. There are a total of four people.
