The mountain farmhouse is about 300 years old, built in wood block construction and partly renovated.
On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher and kitchen utensils, a living room with a bed couch and tiled stove, shower and toilet.

On the 1st floor leads a steep wooden staircase. There are three bedrooms. Two of them are doubles with sink, the third has a large bunk bed . All rooms are heated from the kitchen with a Holzzentralheizungso fen . (Wood is provided) The hot water is electrically heated and is independent from heating. In the living room and kitchen are connections for the cable television
There is space for parking , in front of the house is a lawn with barbecue and Sandspielkiste.
