Hotel Drei Kronen
The Hotel Drei Kronen was built in 1894 by the famous architect and master builder Ignaz Drapala. The late-historic hotel building with a representative façade to the Wienzeile has a giant pilaster structure and baroque window frames. The Austrian, Hungarian and Bohemian crowns stand out in the relief field above the ground floor windows as a symbol of the Austro-Hungarian monarchy. Since its construction, the building has always served to accommodate guests with brief interruptions. In 1973, Gustav Adler acquired the traditional property.
