It was about 1964 from when our parents, Charles and Gertrude Gfrerer have taken over the farm, called commonly known as "Lipp".

In 1966, our parents to build the new house. Approx. 1970, the first 5 rooms ready and the first tourists came in with us.

From 1973 to 1988 guest rooms, dining room and conservatory were built. Now the conditions for further rooms were created. From 1992, we were allowed, Charles and Anni Gfrerer, try our luck in the operation.

1993 our house was expanded to 12 rooms. Many families, friends, regulars and smaller groups spent their holidays with us in Nadlinger.

The renovation in 2007 has given our home a new look. Now we have 14 double-or multi-bed rooms and two large family studios. This is all due to the many guests, regular guests and friends all have made ​​it all possible.
