Our apartment with large terrace and view of lush meadows and impressive mountains is the ideal place to relax and unwind!
The apartment has a kitchenette with a comfortable sitting area!
Fun for children guaranteed! We have rabbits, chicken, a cat, a small tree house, a tractor, scooters, bicycles and a swing.
The ski-bus to Heiligenblut departs in front of our house. In the vicinity there are five other ski regions such as the Mölltaler Gletscher, Lienz Hochstein or Zettersfeld, Matrei, Sillian and there is also a ski-lift in Winklern.

Motorcycle enthusiasts, too, like to stay in our house since it is the ideal starting point for interesting tours to the South Tyrol, Drei Zinnen, Nockalmstraße, Maltatal, Großglockner, Krimmler Waterfalls etc.
Our garage provides space for 4 motorcycles.
If you stay two or more weeks we invite you to a comfortable breakfast in your apartment or a barbecue!
