The intelligent sensors on the bike always send an extra dose of energy into the pedals when the driver's own power is no longer sufficient.

At numerous rental stations , curious people can equip themselves with the modern e-bikes, battery changing stations on the mountain and in the valley prevent the juice from running out.

2-day e-bike tour from the log cabin Chalet Karin

Day 1: We started at Chalet Karin in Hochfilzen. Our destination today was the Leogang Asitz mountain railway. After acquiring an uphill ticket, the route took us with the e-bikes directly to the mountain station of the Asitz.Voll motivated we drove to the large Asitz and the summit cross. From there we drove towards Viehhofen, up and down the track led us, with a wonderful view of Zell am See, the Schittenhöhe etc. Further we went to Saalfelden, Saalacher Höhenweg to Örgenbaueralm. There were fresh and homemade apricots / plum cake! Continue to Bibergalm and direction Leogang, super bike trails above about 1,500-1,700 meters. From Leogang Steinberglift or Asitzbahnen we went back to Hochfilzen. (Tour about 40 km)

2nd day: E-bike tour in the beautiful Pillerseetal

Again we started at Chalet Karin in Hochfilzen. Our first goal was, how could it be otherwise, first of all the idyllic Wiesensee with the refreshing Kneippanlage.Der way led us to the beautiful and clear Pillersee, where the serving on the lake invited to a pit stop. After refreshment we drove around the lake in the direction of Fieberbrunn. Once there, we turn right after a short time in the direction of Pletzergraben to Almausschank Pletzer. The gravel road led us through a beautiful valley, which is easy to handle with the bikes. As expected, we were warmly welcomed by the alpine hosts and provided with a Tyrolean snack from our own production: almbutter, alpine cheese, curd spreads, yoghurt, buttermilk, farmhouse bacon, farmhouse bread. Actually, we would have wanted to stay there longer, but we wanted to visit our next destination, the Pulvermacherscherm / Bergalm. Also this way was ideal to reach with the e-bikes.

What is an absolute "must" on the Pulvermacherscherm is the "super-good" Kaiserschmarrn of the Kathi. Then enjoy some sun, then went back directly to Hochfilzen to Chalet Karin. (Tour about 50 km)

The tour was really fun and left nothing to be desired. RECOMMENDATION for copying!

Mountain bikers and bike tourists pedal heavily in Hochfilzen! The wide network of biking trails offers different levels of difficulty for leisurely cyclists to professional mountain bikers! The world-famous Bikepark Leogang is only a few minutes by car from Hochfilzen. Every year the UCI Mountain Bike & Trials World Championship takes place in the biking region.
