Cancellation / cancellation fee

Up to 3 months before the agreed day of arrival at the latest, the accommodation contract can be terminated without paying a cancellation fee by a unilateral declaration by the contractual partner.

If you want to withdraw from the accommodation contract outside the above-mentioned period, please note the due date of the following cancellation fees:

up to 2 months before the day of arrival 50% of the total arrangement price

up to 1 month before the day of arrival 90% of the total arrangement price.

We generally deduct a processing fee for cancellations of 20 euros.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance

Before your arrival we will ask for a deposit of 150 euros - you will get it back before your departure, provided everything has been left in the condition it was handed over!
