Our garden

The large garden (approx. 1200 m²) next to the Chalet Karin-Holz-Blockhaus can be used by all guests. It offers a playground for younger guests; beach chairs; Barbecue hut, alpine basket, relaxation double swing, seating and barbecue area for the grown-ups. New our HOT TUBE pool - really relaxing.

We also have a lockable ski room with a ski boot dryer and ski holder , as well as a cross-country ski wax facility. In summer, the space is also suitable for storing sports equipment (mountain bikes, bicycles, etc.) . Everything in the immediate vicinity of your holiday apartment in Hochfilzen .

The protective carport and the parking space next door in front of the house offer enough parking space if you arrive by car or motorbike.

Please note that we are a non-smoking holiday home . Ashtrays are available on the balconies or terraces.
