With the Regio-Skibus free of charge, approx. 300 m from the Hochfilzen train station , you will go to Leogang at around 9.45 to the valley station of the Asitzbahnen-Steinbergbahnen . With the gondola to the mountain station and then a short stop at the highest brewery in Europe, the AsitzBräu . Continue with the most modern chairlifts for skiing to Saalbach , where you can ski the entire day on the sunny slopes, Schönleiten, Kohlmais, Bernkogel lifts etc. to Fieberbrunn. We run our skis from Chalet KARIN approx. 500 m to the village square and take the ski bus to Fieberbrunn to the ski area . We take the yellow Doischbergbahn up, continue with the lifts, Lärchfilzen, Rechmoos and the new TIROL S Bahn to the Reiterkogel and we are in the middle of the Hinterglemm ski area. The Pulvermacher- Scherm Hütte is located at the middle station of the TIROL S Bahn - a small morning drink is held here. Then it goes on with the chair lifts Hassenauer, Hochalm and Spieleck. Our ski tour then continues into the valley. Entry into the Zwölferkogel-Nordbahn and up to the summit. We drive down to the valley on the former SKI - WM route . Then the tour continues with the Schattberg Westgipfelbahn at 2,088 m . From there it goes down into the valley on snow, we cross the village of Hinterglemm and take a little break. Then take the Reiterkogelbahn and the Sunliner back to the southern slopes of Hinterglemm. Once at the top we drive back to the valley to Fieberbrunn, as is already known. To round off, there is a refreshing beer and Tyrolean schnapps and music to relax!

Today we would like to tell you our impressions from one of the largest and most popular ski areas in Austria .

In the morning we get on the ski bus (travel times are in the guest house) no matter in which direction to Leogang or to Fieberbrunn - the travel time is approx. 5 minutes to the respective ski area / gondola. We start today in Leogang and take the gondola to the Asitzberg station . Once at the top we enjoy a beer in the highest brewery in Asitz . From there we make our way to Saalbach and its southern slopes. Via the Schönleiten lift facilities to the cozy Bergeralm or Thurneralm huts , where you can enjoy a lunch. A little alpine hut party can support this fun. Then it goes straight to the center of Saalbach, a few meters, we arrive at the Bernkogelbahn and further to the Reiterkogel. The many sun ski slopes towards Hinterglemm invite you to a short stay in the hut. We then drive towards F ieberbrunn to the next valley, where we head towards the Reckmoos summit with the new TIROL S connecting lift .

Once back at the top we have a wonderful view of the Tyrolean mountains, Loferer Steinberge, Leoganger Steinberge, Kitzbüheler Horn and the Wilder Kaiser . Now we have to go up 2 x lifts, then we are finally at the highest point for the valley run to Fieberbrunn. There are an estimated 75 km of ski slopes behind us and a very sociable, comradely skier team ends this great day of skiing in the Apres ski huts S4 Alm or the Enzianhütte with live music. Around 5:30 p.m. we take the last ski bus back to Hochfilzen to our Chalet Karin_Holzblockhaus. Today there is only a cozy dinner in the Wiesenseehof at Seppi and the day ends with a tasty hazelnut schnapps.
