When making a reservation, please always mention everyone, regardless of age. We reserve the right not to allow additional people who have not been announced to us before arrival to stay in our holiday apartments! We expressly point out that we do not want visitors from strangers to the holiday apartments.

All prices are PER DAY including all taxes, electricity, water, heating and linen (1 change per week included), excluding local tax of (currently) €3.50 per day per person (from 14 years). Please note that we do not accept credit cards!

SAUNA USE in summer 15 per use (incl. sauna towels), no compensation in the event of disruptions!!

A one-off final cleaning fee of:

€ 40 for type I
€ 46,- for type II + III + IV
€ 50 for type V

Additional cleaning (without dishes) possible on request!

In addition to the above description, ALL apartments are equipped with: microwave, coffee machine, thermos flasks, cookware, cutlery,... SAT-TV, radio, long-distance dial telephone, bed linen and table linen, towels, balcony or terrace with garden table, chairs, parasol + deck chairs Garden subject to availability!

In the event of cancellations, the cancellation conditions (§ 5) of the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) 2006 ÖHV apply
