About Us:

Our apartment house is sunny and quiet in the district of Ostbach, on Europe's best cross-country ski trails (with direct access) and winter hiking trails in the Leutasch valley. In summer, the ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours in the Almenparadies Gaistal (near the Zugspitz Arena) or the Wetterstein Mountains! The Karwendel, Mittenwald and Seefeld are also easy to reach.

We offer 10 apartments from 25m² - 45m² (1+2 room) - All apartments have a balcony or terrace and are fully and comfortably furnished. Each apartment has a carport. In the house we have a sauna and a large ski + wax room with boot dryers.

Our extras: shopping service - send us your shopping list 2 days before arrival, we will get everything and bring it to your apartment.

NEW is the drying room for your cross-country skiing or hiking clothing as well as a laundry service for sportswear and underwear twice a week.
