1527 - the owner of the house was first mentioned by name, the source notes him succinctly as Khaindolff. The owner is noted at all only with his house name, which can probably be derived from the first name Gandolf.

1674 - acquired the right to serve wine and schnapps. So the family had opened up another business. Not a bad choice, because the house was on a busy road. However, there were still some other hosts in Feistritz, but Kandolf was one of the favorites because he had the right to serve wine.

1747 - a new owner of the Kandolf-Hube, Georg Janach, is noted. Over 200 years, the ownership remains in succession in the family Jannach.

1827 - is mentioned on the occasion of the creation of the so-called Franziszeischen cadastre, on which the present land register is based, Georg Jannach. This was a member of the local committee, a kind of preform of the municipal council. The economy must have thrown off good returns, because the eldest son Valentin he could provide a good education.

1911 - died Franz Jannach, who had acted as successful as a businessman as his father, but in his personal life, however, significantly different from his godly father. In all, he was the father of 16 children of three different mothers, of whom he had only two married. Thus, his and his successor Franz had the claims of his stepmother and the siblings abzugelten, which burdened the property heavily.
