Our guest rooms have TV facilities, tea and coffee facilities, carpet floor, iron, and hairdryer facilities, and some of the rooms have panoramic sea views.

We do not have a lift at the premises but we are always glad to help you to carry your baggage.

The restaurant is open in the mornings and our waiters serve Free Continental Breakfast which is included in the room rate and it is served between 8:30 am and 10:00 am.

The Elsinore is just a 5-minute walk from Llandudno Railway Station. Llandudno Pier is a 10-minute stroll along the seafront, and the beautiful Snowdonia National Park is a 20-minute drive away. This is our guests’ favorite part of Llandudno, according to independent reviews

Applicable Deposit Policy

Deposit required: The deposit paid is non-refundable in case of booking cancelation. The outstanding balance will be charged on arrival day. The guest is allowed to amend the guest's name free of charge and to modify the arrival date within 3 days before arrival, rates and availability may vary.

No Show Policy: If guests do not arrive at the property by 8 pm this booking will be treated as a NO SHOW and the total amount will be charged the full amount. For late check-in, the customers must notify the property by 5 pm on the day. Charges will apply from 8 pm arrivals. The Lists of prices can be sent by email to all customers who requested them.

The cardholder who secured the room for this group booking is in charge of all the customers staying at the property saying that he is responsible for any damages brought to the property or if any items are missing or broken in the guest rooms. We advise the guest to inspect the room together with the receptionist prior to check out.

* You are welcome to bring your bags and leave them at the reception if you arrive before 3 pm.

The keys will be handed to you at 3 pm.

Wi-Fi access is available in public areas only and is free of charge (no wi-fi available in any guest bedrooms)

Elsinore hotel does not have a lift and for this reason, we cannot accommodate people with walking or breathing difficulties. Furthermore, the hotel staff are happy to help with baggage if you are struggling with the stairs. We do not have or promise any facilities for disabled people.

So if you struggle with stairs or you have any other breathing difficulty this hotel will not be suitable for you.

SMOKING PENALTIES APPLIES for E-cigarettes or drugs of any type is £150 and you will be asked to leave the property immediately if you do not comply with the Hotel Terms & Conditions.

Children and Extra Bed Policy  

One child under 12 years is charged £ 10.00 per night when using existing beds, this amount will be automatically charged from the card provided at the time of booking. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

No pets allowed (policy applies). Guide Dogs are accepted when the dog owner provides us with a valid document that certifies that this is a Guide Dog. A copy of this certificate will be taken ( this is hotel records and it will help us prove that the dog is a guide dog in case other guests will make a complaint / some have strong pets allergies )

The hotel does not have a private car park. 

            *Parking is available along the Promenade (no charges from 16:00 until 10:00 the next day).
