The IRIS HOTEL is located on the main Central Promenade directly opposite the bandstand and a stone's throw from the beach.

Our Sea View lounges and bar offer stunning views of Llandudno Bay and the town is situated a 5 minutes’ walk away directly behind us.

Payment Policies :

Deposit paid in a Non-refundable deal, therefore cancelations will attract Fees as 100% of the cost of the booking.

You can amend the arrival date 2 days before your arrival (arrival date, guest name, room type, number of guests).

Pets Policy 
One of the main reasons our hotels have a no pets allowed policy is to ensure the comfort of all their guests, including those with allergies. Some individuals may have severe allergies to pet dander, and even a small amount of exposure can trigger allergic reactions.
Service animals ( Guide Dogs) are allowed to go anywhere their owners are allowed to go.

As part of the Iris hotel, there is an Annex building that offers Small double rooms ( all have shower cubicles). None of the rooms are Lift Accessible and the bedroom key will be collected from Iris Main Reception.

Iris Hotel does not have parking facilities. Pay-on-display parking is available nearby. 

We have various facilities including a restaurant, bar, and backyard.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all public areas ( There is no internet connection in the guests' bedrooms ) 

 Lift is available on all floors ( except the Annex Building which is situated at the rear of IRIS HOTEL ).

We offer a 12-hour front desk and concierge service between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. 

Iris Hotel -Rooms Amenities 
All rooms are equipped with Tea and coffee-making facilities, a flat-screen TV, toiletries & a hairdryer, and carpeted floors. 

All guests can enjoy a Continental Breakfast Free of charge.

*No other meals are served at the property except Continental breakfast.

- Guests must hold booking confirmation with the correct reservation details

- Must have a valid photo ID

-No guests under 18y without being accompanied by an adult

-The guests will not be accommodated if they are under the influence of alcohol or any type of drugs

-Guest check-in is until 8 pm, after this time your booking will be marked as a no-show and the full amount will be charged by the property

-On your arrival please fill out the registration form and put your correct details as we may need them in case of fire or other emergencies. ID will be required to be verified by the receptionist in charge.

The cardholder who secures the rooms in case of a Group Booking is in charge of all the people staying and he is responsible for any damages brought to the property or if any items are missing or broken in all the rooms booked.

We advise the guest to inspect the room together with the receptionist before checking out

NO SHOW POLICY:

If the guest does not arrive at the property within the time/date confirmed on their booking, the total amount will be charged in full, and their reservation will be canceled.

 In case of a No-Show, the reservations cannot be reinstalled or reimbursed. 

Children policy:

Guest can request a travel baby cot. This can be provided on guest arrival (we do not provide bedding for the cot). One child under 3 years old can be added to your reservation and it will cost you an extra £10 when this child is using an existing room. Travel cots can only fit into the following room types: Family rooms, sea-view rooms, and superior rooms.

SMOKING PENALTIES APPLIES (Penalty amount £150)

It is against the law to smoke inside the IRIS HOTEL LLANDUDNO. Enforcing officers (usually the Police) are notified immediately and a fixed penalty of £150 will be collected from guests, or whether to refer an offense to court. 

About the hotel rooms /policies:

We do not have or promise any facilities for disabled people. A lift is available in the Main hotel but the managers will not take responsibility in case of a breakdown and we do not offer compensation, for this reason, So if you struggle with stairs or you have any other breathing difficulty this will not be suitable for you

A lift is available in the hotel only but Mobility Scooters, Wheel Chairs, or Push Chairs are prohibited from using the lift.

All the sea view rooms have a king-size bed: two single beds pushed together (can be with bath or showers);

All double rooms have one double bed only (can be with bathtub or shower cubicle);

All twin rooms have two single beds (can be with a bathtub or shower cubicle);

All family rooms have two double beds (can be with a bathtub or shower cubicle);

   !  Annex Building -small double room annex- does not have a lift

  * Annex is a small building situated at the rear of the main hotel and has 8 small double rooms with shower cubicles. Guest must pick up the room keys from the Iris Hotel reception desk before 8 pm (a member of staff will show you the way to the Annex Building) 

  *The Annex Building -is a separate building situated behind the Iris hotel property courtyard.

  *The view from the Annex Rooms is not very agreeable. You may see the next-door hotel car park and the area where the trolley bins are.

  *All the ‘Small double rooms annex’ have a shower cubicle, double bed, a small little desk, and stool, wardrobe, the annex building is situated behind the Iris hotel property.

We provide for each room for 2 people: toiletries, 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, 1 rubber mat

Tea/coffee facilities, 1 kettle, 1 hairdryer, and electric heather (*Those can be found situated in the room wardrobe )

The hotel does not have a private car park.

Parking in Conwy’s pay and display car parks is free for blue badge holders in the designated disabled bays. 

Blue Badge holders can park for free in any bay in on-street pay and display areas.

There are some designated disabled bays on the Parade in Llandudno and Colwyn Bay Promenade.
