We are located in the middle of the Sportwelt Amadé and ski region Dachstein Tauern, only 300m away from the Forstau-Fageralm valley station - the ideal starting point for all winter sports enthusiasts and hikers. Winter and summer, the surrounding mountains offer a countless variety of skiing, hiking, biking and trekking options. Enjoy our rich breakfast buffet, in the evening a 3-course-choice menu. In our à la carte restaurant there are national and international dishes. Hot meals. Gkw's Cafe & Pub - the restaurant in the middle of Forstau! Our Cafe & Pub, the Gkw's (directly connected to the Forstauerwirt) is open daily from 14.00 clock for you (in the summer Monday rest day!). GKW's - "Very small host" is the in-local in the center of Forstau! Whether coffee and cake in the afternoon, a glass of wine or a cocktail in the evening, cozy get-togethers or party parties, the Gkw's is simply unique and just the thing for everyone. Also in Gkw's there is always hot food until 21.00 clock. Then we offer snacks for the little hungry. Homemade pizza!
