DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT The apartment has a double bedroom, a single living room kitchen, a bathroom with window and a closet. It is located in a central area and overlooks the Valledoria gardens. Newly built and well furnished, the apartment is cool and isolated from the heat.
The windows are double glazed and have a good acoustic and thermal comfort, also being all tilt and turn, they always allow optimal conditions of summer ventilation. In the living room there is a single sofa bed which can accommodate two children or teenagers.
THE LOCATION: Valledoria is a municipality with large cycle paths that lead to the beaches. The area is characterized by the Coghinas river of particular naturalistic interest with the possibility of many excursions (trekking, bicycle, sailing, boat, windsurf, and Kayak). Valledoria is located very close to Castelsardo and in a central position in Northern Sardinia, it is therefore easy to reach the entire north coast of Sardinia and the most renowned destinations: Alghero, the Asinara island, Stintino, Santa Teresa di Gallura, La Maddalena, The Costa Smeralda.
