In addition to the rental, you will be billed the charges detailed below:

* Local tax residence, collected on behalf of the municipality, as the going rate.
* Optional cleaning fee € 40, the departure of the tenant to repair the cottage.
* Each additional person over rated capacity of the rental will be an increase in the amount of € 10 per day, compared to the advertised price.

A deposit of € 300 is required on arrival, plus the balance. This deposit will be refunded within one week of your departure, less any damage or cost of repair of the premises.
