We would be pleased to welcome you in our   New apartment (completion 07.2008). We   Offer them a spacious   Apartment for 2-5 persons. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 parents' room with balcony and 1 children's bedroom for up to 3 children, a fully equipped kitchen, corner bench, shower / WC with hairdryer, cloakroom, radio, satellite TV and a cozy Sofa. Garden with playground and lawn for children very ideal for children!

Our house is quietly, sunny away from the main road in Steeg in the Tyrolean / Lech Valley. In the middle of the mountain panorama of the Lechtaler and Allgäu Alps. Ideal starting point for mountain or mountain biking tours and also cozy mountain hikes. With the SUMMER-ACTIVE-CARD, you are FREE   You can use the whole Lech valley and the side valleys and to Lech am Arlberg for your excursion destinations. Also   5   Bergbahnen: the Jochelspitze in Bach, the Steffisalpe in Warth, the Rüfikopfbahn,   Oberlechbahn and the Schlegelkopfbahn in Lech am Arlberg free of charge. Then   also the   Freischwimmbäder around   1.- € per person. In the local Aqua-Nova adventure pool with slide, sauna area, steam bath and children's pool you get 25% discount.Um ...

The Lechtaler cycle path leads directly past the house. A bike ride on the bike path off the roads through meadows, fields and floodplain forests simply enjoy the silence!

In winter we have the 40km long cross-country ski run right next to the house.

Ice rink, illuminated toboggan run, hike to the hut, torchlight walks all around.

The nearby ski resort Warth-Schröcken (10 minutes by car) at the Arlberg is one of the most comfortable and snow-sure ski resorts in Austria. Sports enthusiasts will have a great time here   And is for beginners, but also for professionals! Also for cross-country skiing or for walking, invites the beautiful winter landscape.

For the children there is the fairyland.
