Our house is located in the Kirchwaldsiedlung with a view of the Gschwandkopf, above the tennis halls. The way to the cross-country trails or ski lifts on the Gschwandkopf and the town center is only a 5-minute walk, the way to the tennis hall is only a 3-minute walk. The house was renovated in 2004/05.

The apartments are fully equipped, kitchen with stove (partly oven), microwave, partly toaster, coffee machine, kettle, living room with upholstered seating and large TV.
