You are guaranteed a warm welcome at this 17th century stone farmhouse situated on a 500 acre working farm on the outskirts of Milton Keynes and in the heart of the Ouse Valley.  Mill Farm is half a mile outside the delightful village of Gayhurst and only 10 minutes from the city centre. It's within easy reach of both Junction 14 and 15 of the M1.   Nearby attractions include Woburn, Althrop and Whipsnade and we are also half way between Oxford and Cambridge.

We have a large well-kept English country garden with a hard tennis court available.  There are plenty of footpaths to explore and fishing is available on the Ouse.  We have excellent pubs in nearby villages and also offer ample and safe parking.  Breakfast is served in a large dining room in the oldest part of the house overlooking the gardens.
