In a central location you will find our cozy country house. Our rooms and apartments are comfortably furnished, with shower, hair dryer, toilet, telephone, TV, WLAN and mostly with balcony overlooking the Zahmer Kaiser.

Due to an operational change in agriculture you have the possibility to follow the saying "The happiness of this earth lies on the back of the horses" . From now on we offer carriage rides and qualified training in equitation. Since autumn 2006 you will find a new outdoor riding arena and a newly built riding arena for a weather-independent riding pleasure. The price includes free pony riding for children up to 14 years old. House guests get 10% on all riding lessons or carriage rides.

Another highlight of our house is our Gabnalm, built in 1787, which is appreciated by both self-catering (max 15 people) for a cozy weekend, as well as by our guests as a hiking destination. This mountain farm has been lovingly renovated and equipped with sanitary facilities, so it is not lacking in comfort. By car, our Gabnalm can be reached comfortably all year round.
