"L'Olivo" is located in Porto Recanati just a short distance from the A14 motorway exit. The structure is immersed in the greenery of an olive grove, in a panoramic position overlooking the sea, where you can admire the beauty of Monte Conero and the Shrine of Loreto.
Located in a tourist village, the newly built villa is just 500 meters from the house of Beniamino Gigli and a few kilometers from Recanati, a native of Giacomo Leopardi. The owner will advise you on the historical and artistic places to visit, the typical products to be enjoyed and bought. All this will allow you to spend a pleasant holiday in a simple and elegant setting.

The B & B is elegantly furnished with period furniture and parquet flooring and has independent entrance and garden. It consists of a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with two separate beds; the bathrooms are independent. Also there is a tavern with kitchen, bathroom, garage and independent entrance. The price varies with respect to the period.
