The Parkview Hotel is situated in a convienient site, directly opposite the Congress Theatre, and the winter gardens, also from the front rooms clients have a nice view of the tennis championships. At the moment the rooms are very basic with kettle and tea-making facilities, our rates are £25.00 per person per night, all rooms are en-suite. We are within 5 minutes walking distance from the seaside, and have parking for 9 cars. We took over one month ago and will slowly refurbish hence the rates are cheap. We are right next door to the Devonshire and the Congress, both amongst the best here in Eastbourne.
