The "Vecchio Mulino di Roselle" is a young farmhouse nestled in the green Tuscan Maremma, born from the passion of those who live the land as an appendage to their own being and who as such take care of and guards it.
The structure has apartments and lodgings created within solid walls that once formed the farm.
The land is crossed by a channel in which thermal water flows freely, used by the company under concession also for irrigation and since 1957.
Located just outside the city circle of Grosseto, the capital of the Maremma, it offers an optimal starting point for excursions and trips, sheltered from the chaotic mass movements. So immersed in a healthy countryside and free from stress you can enjoy the natural, tourist and historical beauties all reachable in a short time by car or by the most suitable means, including bike, horse and boat.
A real house in the countryside our apartments, warm, welcoming and comfortable, which overlook the fields and the farm road from the top of the rural building.
T IPICO buildings than once, the apartments do not have a regular plan, but each one has its characteristic "favorite spots" to discover and godersene.
To dive into the swimming pool or meet at the barbecue with the
other guests of the farm just go down a few steps.
As for the rooms, the furnishings are in rustic style, the so-called "poor art" but which only has the name of the poor; in fact inside we find the kitchen area with everything you need for dishes, a large living area, spacious bedrooms and comfortable and flawless toilets.
The TV is there but it will not be mandatory to turn it on.
L and our rooms are located in the building adjacent to the farm, on the one hand watching the area where there is the swimming pool, while on the opposite side overlook the cultivated land.
Trees and verandas are enjoyable in every housing, for outdoor grilling there is a stone barbecue, to cool off a fountain and ... obviously the swimming pool.
In our opinion, wood, plaster and live brick are materials that instill serenity, the one sought after at sunset after days of hard work.
A rredate in a style that does not betray the origins of our land, but most of that does not betray the memories that our ancestors have left us, the rooms are in "poor art" but poor in name only; in fact it is a rich style in the forms, models and material with which it is built.
