This house was completed in September 2006 and occupied by the owners.

There is room for 8 people in 3 bedrooms (2 rooms with double beds, 1 room with a bunk bed, single bed and a bunk bed in the gable finished buildings).

The house is equipped with 2 shower rooms.

Other amenities: toaster, microwave, coffee maker, 4-burner stove, convection oven, dishwasher, washing machine.

The living room is a mini hi-fi FlachbildschirmTV and a system with radio / CD.

A fireplace provides cozy warmth.

The terrace is partly roofed, sun loungers, a large sun umbrella and BBQ complete the accessories.

Arrival day by arrangement.

Pets are not allowed in this house. Please refrain from smoking in the house.

Joli House has 90 square meters floor that is in Figure 2. Open in the ground floor is a living range with kitchen, dinette and a comfortable group of seats. Furthermore there is a bathroom with shower. Stairs lead into the upper floor. There are 3 bedrooms (two with double bed, the other with 2 bunk beds and a bathroom with shower. This house is rent to groups for 4 up to 8 persons.

The cottage is heated by gaz closed and a romantic fireplace. The kitchen is full equiped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, fridge-freezer etc.and a washing machine.

There are parking places in front of both cottages for our guests.

In the houses are no pets allowed, smoking only outside.

Bedlinen and towels are included in the weekly rent (especially if the stay is less than 7 days)
