The old water mill dating from the 13th century, and sits on top of Nizon river, always flowing under the house all season long. Later, the main house was built above the old mill house, completing the "Domaine du Moulin." The field has been updated to offer modern conveniences in the typical style of Provence. All rooms have been beautifully renovated and come with private bathroom. It is in the house old mill , where the apartment, with kitchen and large living days. The main house offers a large terrace overlooking the river, Nizon, a large library area where you recreation and relaxation. The private park surrounding covers almost four hectares (10 acres), and offers fruit trees, willow weaping, of olive trees, a beautiful alley of Centenary plantanes, a vegetable garden and many flowers, including a small field of lavender. In addition, you will find a 17x6 meter swimming pool, pool house, several terraces and a pond with terrace picnic or a barbecue. You have access to two tennis courts, and a true "petanque" court, try your skill set ... balls!
