Our kitchen expresses the culture and the most authentic Umbrian territory, mixing tradition and innovation in a refined way. As well as the hills where we are, at the cross of different souls of Umbria, even our dishes blend traditional flavors with those of more modern culture.
The environment reflects this composite nature, and it is both refined and familiar at the same time.
The dishes
Among our specialties are strangozzi with mushrooms and truffles, macaroni norcina, the fillet Spolentina, the pork with juniper.

We also have a wine cellar with a wide range of labels, including of course those areas stand out the most suitable wine of Umbria: Montefalco, Torgiano, Orvieto, Colli del Trasimeno, Colli Amerini ...
