The porch

A space created at the back of the villa, away from prying spaces and surrounded by plants and flowers. Ideal to have breakfast, but also to watch television together with guests and spend some time relaxing after dinner.

The garden

Sdraie, hammocks and swings to make your holiday more sweet and "pampered". Away from prying eyes, it is fantastic both to abandon oneself to the rays of the sun, to sip an aperitif before dinner or to eat together in company, perhaps around the steaming barbecue.

  Services offered

Independent entrance - Each apartment of the L'Ulivo b & b has an independent entrance to guarantee privacy and comfort.

Breakfast is served buffet style and includes everything you can imagine: pastries, biscuits, pies, bread, butter and jam, savory focaccia, yogurt, fruit juice, milk and coffee. If you have special needs you can present them to your guest: as far as possible you will do everything to accommodate yourself.

Linen - In each apartment the change of sheets and towels is done weekly.

Cleaning - Upon your arrival you will find the apartment tidy and clean. There are no additional costs upon departure.

Internet - There is the possibility, on request, to use the Internet connection and the Computer for sending and receiving e-mails.
