In winter, you will appreciate its large living room around the wood stove. In summer, it is the garden, its peaceful corner and its terrace that will amaze you.

It is a small single storey house, warm, modern and comfortable. Located to the north of the property, it is independent from the rest of the Mas. Its two terraces, one to the east, the other to the west, will offer you a breathtaking view of the sunset and sunrise from your deck chair.

L’accès à la maison Gounelle se fait par le jardin, du côté nord de la maison avec une belle vue vers l’ouest. Très agréable l’été. Montée vers une belle terrasse qui est protégée du vent et du soleil par une baie vitrée à l’ancienne.
Un grand jardin de pelouse, son coin hamac, ses tables en fer forgé et ses chaises longues, pour profiter de la vue sur le massif du Serre de Barre et les Cévennes.

Au 2éme étage se trouvent 2 chambres. L’une passante, avec un grand lit (1,40 x1,90m) et un lit simple, lavabo et bidet. La deuxième dispose d’un grand lit 1,50 x 2m, lavabo et bidet.

Laccès se fait de plein-pied, depuis le patio, accessible en fauteuil roulant. Par la porte de derrière, vous accéderez à votre agréable terrasse entouré d’un jardin généreux en végétation, et son coin détente avec ses chaises longues.

Terrasse, en partie couvrable, jardin et au fond, accès à l’aire de jeux pour enfants, situé au sud de la propriété.

Vous accéderez à cette ancienne magnanerie, par l’imposant et charmant escalier en pierre situé dans la petite cours intérieure. Cet appartement sur deux étages dispose d’une grande terrasse en pierres, couverte avec une belle vue le vignoble,le massif du Serre de Barre et les Cévennes.

La première est traversante. Elle dispose d’un d’un lit de 2×2 m et lavabo. La deuxième chambre, au fond, a deux lits de 0.90 x 2m, lavabo et bidet.
